Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, staff selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development; participate in promotions.
• Disciplinary actions and recommendations on discharge.
• Achieve department sales, labor and margin goals.
• Review sales goals and stock metrics; maintain display standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to customers.
• Ensure backroom is neat and operations run smoothly.
• Train department team and ensure safety compliance.
