Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, including supervising the performance of all duties and responsibilities of Deli Bakery HMS Associates
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity expectations
• Provide leadership and motivation within the store to promote Brand Strategy and Culture
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results
• Maintain enthusiastic customer service and a positive shopping experience
• Role model outstanding customer service and use product knowledge to meet customer needs
• Control store expenses through proper ordering and care for supplies and equipment
• Understand and use company tools and systems including ACIS and scheduling
