Responsibilities

• Supervise Deli Bakery HMS department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Manage daily labor and coach associates for productivity.
• Lead store culture aligned with Brand Strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and proper appearance of the department.
• Maintain ordering, receiving, and display in line with policies.
• Adhere to company guidelines and security standards.
