Job summary

Links Partners is seeking a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Business Analyst in a hybrid role based in New York. The analyst will maintain reliable data sources, produce clear reporting, and support industry benchmarking submissions.

You will partner with DEI leadership and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and ensure quality deliverables while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; data analytics coursework or certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in quantitative analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; SQL, Power BI, Tableau experience preferred.
• Experience managing recurring reporting, surveys, or cross‑functional data requests.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to validate data and document processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in a corporate setting with confidentiality and discretion.
• Cross-cultural awareness and familiarity with responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Analyze DEI, talent, and workforce data to identify trends and action opportunities.
• Validate, clean, and review data for accuracy and quality.
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and recurring scorecards.
• Maintain data sources, definitions, calendars, and SOPs for DEI analytics.
• Coordinate benchmarking submissions, timelines, and client-facing responses.
• Prioritize recurring and adhoc data requests for stakeholders.
• Partner with HR, IT, Recruiting, Marketing, and leadership to define project scope and success metrics.
• Monitor progress, adjust scope, and communicate risks to leadership.
• Support adoption of firm-approved tools and maintain data confidentiality.
