Democracy Fund is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to advance our DEI efforts. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will design, curate, and deliver educational programs that advance inclusion across the foundation.

You will lead the organization-wide DEI Committee, foster cross-team collaboration, and translate DEI goals into scalable learning strategies. This two-year term offers the opportunity to influence culture and practice throughout Democracy Fund.
