SimplePractice is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Inclusion to lead Learning & Development and DEIB efforts across the organization. You will design, deliver, and measure programs while embedding inclusion in every step and mentoring a growing team.

The role combines hands-on content work with strategic leadership to elevate learning impact. You will partner with the Senior Director of Talent to shape strategy, deliver scalable programs for diverse audiences, and pursue data-driven

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading Learning & Development functions.
• Hands-on instructional design with curriculum development.
• Experienced people manager with mentoring skills.
• Deep DEIB programming experience and ERG collaboration.
• Inclusive design philosophy across initiatives.
• Ability to build measurement frameworks for L&D impact.
• Excellent facilitation and executive-level presentation skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in matrixed teams.
• Low-ego, collaborative approach with fast-paced execution.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of company-wide learning programs: design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Lead manager development programs and core learning pathways for ICs.
• Lead instructional design and curriculum development from concept to polished product.
• Oversee content curation across Sana LMS and Udemy resources.
• Set learning design standards across ILT, virtual, self-paced, and blended content.
• Evolve learning measurement and report program health to leadership.
• Own annual DEI learning sessions for international audiences.
• Partner to shape DEIB strategy and embed it throughout L&D lifecycle.
• Champion inclusive design as a core principle across initiatives.
• Manage a large portfolio with prioritization under tight timelines.
• Develop the L&D team and grow individual contributors.
• Partner with the Senior Director of Talent to shape methodology.
