Job summary

• Upload PM quotes for review and approval.
• Dispatch approved work orders and requests for estimates.
• Assist with special projects as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:Supporting the Project Managers in managing their accounts including the following responsibilities:Monitor email communication to support Project Managers and Affiliates.Serve as a point of contact for communication between Commercial Fire Affiliate and the Project Manager, addressing escalated issues, and providing updates concerning monitoring conversions and installation projects.Review the daily monitoring reports and follow up with Customers as needed for repairsUpload Project Manager quotes to Customer service platforms for review and approval.Dispatch to our Affiliates approved work orders and request for estimatesAssist with special projects as requiredAble to organize work, while engaging in a variety of tasks simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsNotable computer knowledge and aptitude of software applicationsAttention to detail and good decision-making skillsPossesses leadership capabilities and acts as a team player2 years of customer service experience preferred
