The role emphasizes building processes from the ground up while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced defense-oriented environment.

You will coordinate high-volume interviews, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and help drive events and process improvements. U.S.

Qualifications

2+ years recruiting coordinator experience in a high-tech industry.
Strong sense of ownership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication with people at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate high volume of interviews and maintain recruiting calendars.
Design the candidate experience with recruiter and hiring manager.
Guide candidates and internal partners through the interview process.
Maintain internal systems and tools and document processes for improvements.
Problem-solve last-minute issues and develop longer-term solutions.
Contribute to projects including candidate sourcing, reporting, referral programs, and ad-hoc tasks.
Help plan and run recruiting events.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
