CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager II to support CAE USA’s Defense and Security Military Training and Simulation business within an assigned customer portfolio.

The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities by building customer relationships and analyzing market conditions. The position collaborates with capture, engineering, strategy, finance, contracts, and other teams to shape growth strategies and competitive positioning, with potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, national security, international relations, or another applicable field.
• 2–3 years minimum of relevant experience in business development, capture management, program management, military operations, government acquisition, or the defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes business development plans within an assigned customer, mission, market, or capability portfolio.
• Identifies, evaluates, and qualifies new opportunities aligned with CAE’s growth objectives.
• Maintains relationships with government customers, military leaders, acquisition organizations, and industry partners.
• Supports capture and proposal activities and participates in color-team reviews.
• Travel up to 25% to support customers and events.
