Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Manager within the Raytheon Vision System (RVS) Tactical Products group, part of the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) business. The PM will define strategy, lead cross-functional teams, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors to deliver complex defense programs.

The role emphasizes developing SOWs, baselining budgets, and preparing PMRs/EACs, with frequent customer interactions and internal leadership

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, vision, and the tactical direction for successful execution.
• Lead proposal and capture activities and coordinate with subcontractors and customers.
• Establish realistic cost and schedule baselines and execute the program within that plan.
• Prepare Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Estimate at Complete (EACs) deliverables.
• Coordinate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) and maintain annual operating plans (AOP).
• Manage all cost, schedule, and technical aspects of assigned programs.
