Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years in PM or related field.
• Advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Program management, systems engineering, or related military experience.
• Experience with IMS and EVMS and cost/schedule management.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance and program access after start.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct highly skilled technical teams to meet customer goals.
• Communicate with leadership and external customers.
• IMS and EVMS implementation to meet EAC requirements.
• Travel between 10-20% of the time to Raytheon sites and customer locations.
