Job summary

Raytheon in Goleta, CA, seeks a Senior Analyst to serve as Deputy Program Manager for a strategic Advanced Technology program. The role reports to the Program Director and acts as the Information System Owner for the program's information systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with security, engineering, and facilities, and drive cost/schedule milestones while supporting future transition contracts. On-site with occasional travel; US citizens with Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing projects or programs
• Experience with government customers
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Active and transferable Secret clearance is required before start

Responsibilities

• Interface with government Program Office and PSO, AO, and DAO to coordinate approvals and access
• Communicate status, issues, and needs with AT leadership to mitigate cost and schedule risks
• Coordinate with Digital Technologies, Cybersecurity, and Engineering for procurement, development, integration, testing
• Develop a roadmap and strategy for current and future development and transition contracts
• Perform program management duties in PMO areas when Program Managers are unavailable
• Support proposal efforts to grow the program
