Job summary

Raytheon, a leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking an onsite Program Manager for the Advanced Technology (AT) AISS program, with locations in Tewksbury, MA or Portsmouth, RI. The role focuses on gate processes, budgeting, and proposal development, requiring a DoD Secret clearance and strong leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a STEM degree with 8+ years of engineering experience, plus PM lifecycle knowledge and EX conditions like CAM/EVMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in Contract R&D, proposal development, technology evaluation, or related contract development.
• MS in Engineering/Sciences/Management preferred; PM lifecycle & CAM/EVMS/FARS experience advantageous.
