Elevate Legal Talent is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm seeking a Defense Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with experience handling general liability and tort defense matters who is looking to work on sophisticated litigation while enjoying the support and resources of a large national platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced litigators on a broad range of defense matters, managing cases from inception through resolution.

Role: Defense Litigation Attorney

Type: Direct Hire/Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: $140,000–$190,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in general liability and tort defense matters.
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis.
