A nationally recognized insurance defense litigation firm with more than 550 attorneys across 40+ offices is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an opportunity for a Litigation Associate, Civil Litigation Attorney, or Insurance Defense Attorney to work on high-volume, complex matters within a structured and well-supported national platform.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Handle court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
• Develop litigation strategy and assist with trial preparation
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, court rules, and firm standards

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the applicable state
• 2–6 years of experience in civil litigation or insurance defense
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, and case management
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
