Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Financial Management Transformation professional in Washington to help modernize financial processes for Defense and National Security clients. You will implement Power Platform tools, build dashboards, and drive performance metrics while collaborating with senior stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years in transformation or analytics, with experience in SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “PUBLIC TRUST”; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or related field
• TWO (2) years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.
• Experience with low-code and no-code technology platforms, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau
• Heightened attention to detail, and the ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations
• Experience Leading client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior-level leadership
• Experience utilizing project management best practices
• Experience documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements

Responsibilities

• Help Defense and National Security clients modernize financial processes and improve performance management.
• Lead or contribute to the implementation of Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Create performance metrics and interactive dashboards using Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Office tools.
• Identify process improvements and leverage technology to enhance financial management.
• Coordinate end-to-end development efforts with realistic timelines and clear communication with executive clients.
• Embed financial management standards into solution design ensuring alignment with federal policies and audit readiness.
• Develop financial automation, data analytics, data visualization, and AI capabilities for client use cases.
