Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Financial Management Transformation professional to modernize defense-related financial processes. You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Tableau, while promoting audit readiness and policy alignment.

The role emphasizes process improvement, end-to-end development, and data-driven decision support within federal financial environments. A strong client-facing and PM mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau.
• Heightened attention to detail and ability to create/edit technical and non-technical documents and visuals.
• Experience leading client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior-level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes.
• Lead the implementation of Power Platform tools and present solutions for feedback.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards using Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Identify and implement process improvements over financial tools and templates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to complete current-state assessments and design future-state solutions.
• Assist in project planning and ensure timelines are realistic and followed.
