Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with US Marine Corps requirements. You will collaborate with engineering and business development to demonstrate interoperability of StreamCaster radios across expeditionary and coastal environments, supporting field tests and customer engagements.

This role requires up to 50% travel, with a remote working option depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering/CS field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing, and tactical communication systems helpful.
• Ability to obtain government SECRET clearance within 15 months.

Responsibilities

• Bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps customer requirements and trends.
• Support field trials, live-on-the-air execution, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to ensure technically sound architectures.
• Build and present technical demonstrations for expeditionary networking needs.
• Engage with MARCORSYCOM, MCWL, PEO Land Systems, and naval warfare centers.
