Job summary

RH Aero Systems, based in Mason, Ohio, seeks a Customer Account Manager for Military & Defense accounts. You will coordinate transactional quoting, order entry, and reporting on open orders for U.S.

Government and defense OEM customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and external partners to ensure accurate status and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Government, Department of Defense, military, or major defense OEM customers.
• Experience preparing or submitting quotations, pricing, entering orders, and communicating order status.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contractual flowdowns.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tools; SAP, Salesforce, Epicor, Excel advantageous.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactional work with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial and operational point of contact for U.S. Government/military/defense OEM customers.
• Coordinate quotations, bids, pricing inputs, and lead-time with internal stakeholders.
• Enter and maintain sales orders in SAP; issue acknowledgements within turnaround expectations.
• Provide periodic status reports on open orders and coordinate with Order Fulfillment for updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues and track actions through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data across ERP/CRM.
