Job summary

RH Aero Systems provides aviation support equipment and services to government and defense customers from its Mason, Ohio base. The role focuses on inside sales, quoting, and order management for U.S.

Government programs, working with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses. You will coordinate pricing, lead times, and compliance inputs, create quotes in SAP or with Pricing Specialists, and maintain status reports for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience working with U.S. Government or DoD customers.
• Experience preparing or submitting quotations and pricing, entering orders.
• Ability to manage orders, status updates, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for U.S. Government and defense customers.
• Handle RFQs, quotations, bids, and order follow-ups from receipt to submission.
• Create and maintain opportunities and sales funnel data in CRM systems.
