Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Political Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Defense, aerospace, or government contracting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and expand relationships with defense and aerospace clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts.
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, and legal teams to tailor proposals.
• Lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with proposal and capture teams.
• Monitor contracts, delivery timelines, and service levels.
• Attend industry events to promote offerings and gather market feedback.
• Report on account status, pipeline forecasts, and sales performance.
