Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage research and resolution of customer deductions across distribution channels. You will review short payments in disputes, monitor promotional spend, and process payments via Vistex, ensuring SAP-based validation with approvals.

The role requires 3+ years of office experience with payroll exposure, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years office experience; payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Vistex systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and review all customer short payments in Dispute.
• Monitor promotional spending and alert management of overspends and promotional issues.
• Process customer payments through Vistex when appropriate.
• Validate deductions and code if valid in SAP systems with proper approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and process accounts daily.
• Collaborate with management and report on tasks.
• Work cross-functionally with Brokers, Sales, Accounting, Transportation, and Billing.
• Meet monthly department close deadlines.
