Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable position focused on processing vendor invoices and supporting digital workflows for payables. You will verify pricing, quantities, and payment terms, match to POs, and resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

This role partners with Procurement and vendors, supports month-end close, and drives process improvements. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, with experience in SAP/Excel preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years accounts payable experience.
• 3+ years office experience required; payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with Tyson Business System and SAP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and support digital invoice workflow.
• Review, validate, and match invoices to POs, receipts, settlements, and contracts.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Assist with month-end close activities and maintain electronic records.
• Prioritize invoices by due date and support process improvements.
