Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of office experience.
• Proficiency with Tyson Business Computer System and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management.

Responsabilités

• Research and resolve customer short payments and deductions for distribution channels.
• Invoice customers daily and ensure accuracy of pricing.
• Monitor promotional spending and alert management to overspends.
• Validate deductions in ERP systems and obtain necessary approvals.
• Support month-end close by maintaining accurate customer profiles and reports.
