Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented office professional to research and resolve customer deductions across distribution channels and divisions. You will review short payments in dispute and ensure accurate invoicing and pricing daily.

You will collaborate with management, monitor promotional spend, and maintain up-to-date customer profiles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to meet monthly deadlines and support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of office experience required.
• Requires basic computer skills including Tyson Business Computer System and Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Requires written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of management.
• Work activities are varied and require good prioritization, evaluation of results, and coordination with others.
• Assignments are defined and the approach usually determined in coordination with others.
• Travel: None.

Responsibilities

• Researching and reviewing all customer short payments in dispute.
• Monitor promotional spending and alert management of overspends; validate deductions in ERP systems with required approvals.
• Process accounts daily and maintain up-to-date customer profiles.
• Work alongside management and report on assigned tasks.
• Cross-functionally collaborate across the enterprise and keep balances organized as reported to management.
• Close department accounts monthly and meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Invoicing customers daily and ensuring pricing accuracy.
