Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Deductions Coordinator to research, validate, and resolve customer deductions across retail accounts. You will protect revenue by maintaining TPM records and collaborating with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain.

Role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field and 2+ years in deductions or AR, with TPM and ERP system experience. Familiarity with EDI and major retail portals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years of experience in deductions management, trade promotions, or accounts receivable.
• Working knowledge of TPM systems and common trade mechanics (off-invoice allowances, scan-backs, bill-backs, deductions).
• Experience using ERP systems (Dynamics NAV/Business Central, NetSuite) with advanced NAV/BC knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and general ledger reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Review, audit, and validate customer deductions for trade promotions and pricing discrepancies.
• Research deduction backup to validate or dispute claims and resolve unauthorized deductions.
• Maintain TPM records and monitor aging to minimize revenue leakage.
• Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to obtain backup documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly close by reconciling deduction activity and accrual balances.
• Identify root causes of recurring deduction issues and assist audits.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
