Responsabilidades

• Researching and reviewing all customer short payments in dispute.
• Monitor promotional spending and alert management of overspends and incorrect promotional issues; validating deductions and coding in ERP systems.
• Process accounts daily and maintain up-to-date customer profiles.
• Work cross-functionally across the enterprise and report to management.
• Accounts for the department close each month — meet deadlines.
• Invoicing customers daily and ensuring pricing accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
