Job summary

Werner Enterprises Inc. seeks a qualified Fleet Management Supervisor to build and maintain driver relationships and optimize loads across origin, destination, and freight types.

You will collaborate with Dedicated Logistics Managers and interface with billing, safety, payroll, and operations to meet driver needs while upholding Werner’s service standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or Transportation/Logistics and 2–3 years in fleet management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics) preferred.
• 2–3 years of fleet management or transportation experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships and meet driver needs.
• Collaborate with Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize loads.
• Interface with billing, safety, payroll, and other departments to improve service.
• Ensure timely attendance and shift adherence.
