Job summary

AgileAssets, a Trimble Company, seeks a Dedicated Customer Success Manager / Transportation Engineer to serve as the voice of the customer, solving problems and maximizing software value across 1–2 billable client accounts. You will configure the software to meet business needs and champion utilization within client teams.

You will own client relationships, drive satisfaction, and align with company values while promoting growth and retention across accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• MS in Transportation Engineering preferred.
• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience on transportation systems in maintenance, pavement, bridges, fleet, safety and/or facility management is preferred.
• Strong technical acumen, with database programming skills strongly preferred.
• Excellent relationship development, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills (Consulting skills).
• Proven customer service capabilities, including expectation setting and management.
• Positive attitude and aptitude to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, energetic and motivated contributor.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage 1 to 2 customer accounts in a billable role.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s business needs and be the voice of the customer.
• Configure the AgileAssets software to meet client requirements and drive value.
• Promote software utilization and return on investment for client teams.
• Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth across accounts.
