Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and forklift certification as required.
• Teach and reinforce the basic P’s of retail (People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing).
• Provide direction to product sales specialists for excellent customer service.
