Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a training-focused supervisor to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information.

Responsibilities include coaching staff on retail fundamentals, certification completion, merchandising, pricing, and efficient checkout. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support product sales specialists to ensure attentive customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation.
• Manage merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkouts, refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Present 'how-to' classes to customers.
• Communicate SOP direction to associates in a timely manner.
