Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing personnel.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting MDR and FRUS programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and implementing policies and regulations governing declassification programs, including MDR, FRUS, ADR, Systematic Declassification, FOIA, Security and Classification Reviews.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage personnel supporting MDR, FRUS, and related declassification review programs.
• Oversee daily operations involving the review, analysis, and processing of classified national security information.
• Direct the execution of MDR requests and support FRUS historical review activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and operational guidance governing declassification programs.
• Ensure compliance with EO 13526, DoD information security regulations, DOE requirements, and related directives.
