Job summary

B&A in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior Declassification Operations Lead to oversee declassification programs, lead teams, and coordinate with federal agencies. You will implement policies and procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide SME guidance on declassification operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of federal declassification policies, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a highly secure environment. TS/SCI clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing personnel.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience performing automatic and systematic declassification activities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing and implementing policies and regulations governing declassification programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage personnel supporting automatic and systematic declassification activities.
• Direct daily operations involving the review, processing, and disposition of classified national security information.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and operational guidance governing declassification programs.
• Ensure compliance with Executive Order 13526, DoD information security regulations, DOE requirements, Atomic Energy Act provisions.
• Provide expertise across all declassification disciplines, including Automatic Declassification, Systematic Declassification, MDR, ADR, FRUS reviews, FOIA reviews, and Security and Classification Reviews.
