Job summary

B&A seeks a Senior Declassification Programs Lead to oversee MDR and FRUS activities, directing review operations and policy implementation to comply with Executive Order 13526 and DoD/DOE requirements. You will manage teams, set priorities, and ensure efficient, accurate reviews across multiple agencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing personnel.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting MDR and FRUS programmes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing policies governing declassification programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage personnel supporting MDR, FRUS, and related declassification review programs.
• Oversee daily operations involving the review and processing of classified information.
• Direct MDR requests and support FRUS historical review activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for declassification programs.
• Coordinate with DoD, DOE, DOS, NARA, and other agencies on declassification activities.
• Review and evaluate records containing RD/FRD in coordination with authorities.
• Monitor program performance, staffing, workloads, and quality assurance.
• Prepare reports and executive briefings for government leadership.
