Job summary

Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Declassification Programs Lead to provide leadership and SME guidance for MDR and FRUS activities supporting federal national security missions. The role involves directing review operations, developing policies, and coordinating with DoD, DOE, DOS, and NARA to ensure compliance with relevant laws and directives.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of personnel management experience.
Minimum 3 years supporting MDR/FRUS programs.
Experience developing and implementing policies governing declassification programs.
Experience coordinating with DOE, DoD, and other federal agencies.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage personnel supporting MDR, FRUS, and related declassification review programs.
Oversee daily operations involving review and processing of classified information.
Develop, implement, and maintain declassification policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with EO 13526 and applicable DoD/DOE requirements.
Coordinate with DOE, DoD, DOS, NARA, and other agencies on declassification activities.
Prepare executive-level reports, briefings, and status updates.
