Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat seeks a Program Representative for the DARTS team in North Kingstown, RI. This onsite 2nd shift role provides hands-on deckplate support to enable real-time problem resolution and digital knowledge transfer for shipyard tools and processes.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively across technical and nontechnical teams and collaborates closely with Operations. A high school diploma and DoD secret clearance are required, with experience in digital applications

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
Minimum two years of experience in digital enterprise, program office, engineering, design build sustain, planning, operations, or customer support of digital applications.
Must be able to work 2nd shift.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the DoD.

Responsibilities

Provide rapid resolution for basic IT, digital tool, and application issues on the deckplate.
Support the use of shipyard digital tools (OWL, IWI, Mobile ERS).
Troubleshoot basic tablet issues and liaise between deckplate and IT teams (Tech Stop/Production Support).
Partner with Operations to identify tool problems or opportunities for improvements with deployed capabilities.
Must be able to maneuver the shipyard to support operations during construction.
