Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking a Program Representative for the Deckplate Assistance and Real-Time Support (DARTS) Team in North Kingstown, RI. You will deliver hands-on, real-time support to help shipbuilders use digital tools and processes effectively, enabling faster problem resolution and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum two years of experience in Digital Enterprise, Program Office, Engineering, Design Build Sustain, Planning, Operations, or customer support of digital applications.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the DoD.

Responsibilities

Provide rapid resolution for basic IT, digital tool, and application issues on the deckplate.
Support the use of shipyard digital tools (e.g., OWL, Interactive Work Instructions, Mobile ERS).
Troubleshoot basic tablet issues and liaise between deckplate and IT teams including Tech Stop and Production Support.
Partner with Operations to identify tool problems or opportunities for improvements with deployed capabilities.
Manuever the shipyard to support operations during construction.
