Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of decking sales experience.
• Ability to cold call and grow relationships with customers.
• Ability to read blueprints and do take-offs.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales and profitability.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships with customers and subcontractors to determine needs.
• Attain and maintain sales of decking products, focused on outdoor living.
• Gives presentations to builders about product features and benefits.
• Do take offs and prepare estimates for products, ensuring on-time ordering and shipment.
