Job summary

British Swim School - South Orlando is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist, also known as a Deck Ambassador, to work poolside in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This role is crucial in providing an excellent experience for students and parents, with responsibilities including maintaining the pool area, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting instructors.

The position offers competitive hourly pay of $15.00 - $20.00, and flexible shifts between 3-7 pm on weekdays and weekends. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and preferably some customer service experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s) may be obtained during training.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and breaking down the pool deck area before and after each shift.
• Checking water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons.
• Welcoming students and parents/guardians to the pool deck area.
• Answering customers' questions about their account or their child's progress.
• Assisting swim instructors and managers during swim lessons.
• Posting media content and monitoring social media platforms.
