Job summary

British Swim School - South Orlando is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Specialist, also known as a Deck Ambassador, for their Asheville location. This role involves providing an excellent customer experience poolside, welcoming students and families, and assisting swim instructors. The position requires a community-first mindset and good interpersonal skills.

Working hours are typically from 3 pm to 7 pm on weekdays and throughout the weekend. Competitive salary starts at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Comfortable around both children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the pool deck area before and after each shift.
• Check water chemistry and temperature prior to swim lessons.
• Welcome students and parents/guardians to the pool.
• Interact with swim families.
• Assist swim instructors and managers when needed during swim lessons.
