Job summary

British Swim School is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist (Deck Ambassador) to work poolside and ensure an exceptional experience for families. You will help with deck setup, guest welcome, and answering questions during shifts that typically run evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include supporting instructors, maintaining water quality, and engaging with families on social media. Prior customer service experience is preferred and certifications can be obtained during training.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and responsible attitude.
• Preferred: Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (may be obtained during training).

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the pool deck area before/after each shift.
• Check water chemistry and temperature prior to lessons.
• Welcomes students and parents to the pool deck area.
• Answer questions about accounts, progress, or programs.
• Assist swim instructors and managers during lessons.
• Post media content and monitor social media platforms.
