Job summary

British Swim School of Elk Grove is seeking a Deck Ambassador to serve as the main point of contact for families at the pool. You will welcome families, assist with check-in, support instructors, and help each shift run smoothly while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized pool environment and delivering strong customer service.

• Help new families feel comfortable and understand what to expect.
• Share schedule updates and customer concerns with management.
• Assist with enrollment and class scheduling when needed.
• Organize and return equipment after lessons.
• Complete closing duties so the pool area is ready for the next session.

The Position

The Deck Ambassador is the main point of contact for families at the pool. You will welcome families, assist with check in, answer questions, support instructors, and help each shift run smoothly.

As a key member of our poolside team, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and well-organized experience for every swimmer and family. Your responsibilities will include:
