Job summary

EY seeks a Supply Chain Decision Intelligence Manager to lead teams delivering transformative decision intelligence solutions that optimize supply chain performance and drive strategic growth. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum five years of related work experience (or four years with a graduate degree).
• Deep experience in supply chain management, analytics, or decision intelligence platforms.
• 2–3 years implementing decision intelligence or advanced analytics solutions (e.g., Aera, Palantir).
• Experience with ERP solutions (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion Cloud, etc.) to manage supply chain processes.
• At least one full lifecycle implementation of a decision intelligence platform in the last 3 years.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Industry experience in Consumer Products, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Technology, or Telecommunications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end decision intelligence implementations, including estimation, initiation, planning, design, build, and deployment.
• Capture and translate business requirements and transformation goals for supply chain projects.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state approaches.
• Oversee data migration from a supply chain perspective.
• Guide stakeholders and development teams on implementation issues across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Configure decision intelligence applications and lead testing phases.
• Develop project documentation and training materials to support adoption.
• Lead training strategy and enablement for users.
• Provide post go-live support and value realization.
• Manage project resources and budgets to ensure delivery excellence.
