Business First Bank is seeking a Debit Card Operations Specialist II to support and advise colleagues on debit card processes within Alternative Delivery Services. You will handle disputes, card orders, updates, and fraud monitoring to keep daily operations running smoothly.

The role requires knowledge of Reg E and Reg CC, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including issuing cards, reconciling ATM totals, and assisting during merger/acquisition projects.

Formación

• Experience in debit card operations or related financial services.
• Knowledge of Reg E and Reg CC regulations.
• Strong documentation and research skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process Reg E disputes, research, ledgers and audit requests.
• Identify emerging fraud trends and report to management.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of debit card policies, procedures and systems.
• Process debit card orders and maintenance requests for banking centers.
• Process instant issue and rush delivery orders.
• Update debit card records by verifying documents and entering updates.
• Monitor rejected card orders via system reports.
• Handle debit card support tickets and transaction research.
• Manage compromised card reports and reissuance.
• Support Merger/Acquisition projects regarding debit card operations.
• Reconcile ATM totals and ATM clearing reports.
• Assist with ATM maintenance requests and third-party support.
