MidFirst Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Card Services Analyst to support the dispute management process for debit and prepaid card transactions within Bank Operations. The role focuses on handling disputes, providing phone and email support to internal and external customers, and ensuring compliance with Regulation E and card network requirements.

• 1-3 years banking experience or college degree preferred.
• Work in a volume-driven environment with deadlines and service levels.
• Communicate efficiently on the phone and via email to internal customers and business partners.
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem solving with attention to detail.
• Experience with CentrixDTS and/or dispute processing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process disputes for debit and prepaid cards.
• Provide telephone and email support to internal and external customers.
• Perform risk mitigation activities related to card issuance and maintenance exceptions.
• Collaborate with partners (Visa, MasterCard, FIS, Datacard) to leverage tools and processes.
• Read, reference, and develop written departmental procedures; cross-train on tasks.
