Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Card Services team within Bank Operations. The role focuses on handling debit and prepaid card disputes and delivering timely support to internal partners and customers while ensuring Regulation E compliance.

You will process disputes, respond by phone and email, and collaborate with Visa, MasterCard, FIS and other partners to optimize risk mitigation and maintain strong regulatory and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years banking experience or college degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and by email with internal customers and business partners.
• Strong work ethic, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a volume-driven environment.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Excel; ability to learn job-specific software quickly.
• Experience with CentrixDTS and/or dispute processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and prepaid card disputes and document outcomes.
• Provide telephone and email support to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Visa, MasterCard, FIS and other partners to optimize tools and processes.
• Adhere to Regulation E and card network requirements.
• Develop knowledge of applicable regulations and operational compliance.
