Job summary

BankFirst Financial Services is seeking a capable operations professional to support debit card activities under close supervision and in line with established procedures. You will perform diverse duties across card inquiries, workflow processing, and dispute resolution.

The role requires strong PC skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to assist customers and internal teams, while maintaining security and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Handle debit card telephone inquiries from customers and other departments.
• Complete debit card workflows for new accounts and maintenance including daily limit changes, travel settings, and reviewing new card applications.
• Order and reissue debit cards, review fraud alerts, process stop payments on recurring debit card transactions.
• Monitor, process, and research customer debit card disputes, including provisional and final credits.
• Process Compromised Card files and issue new cards as needed.
• Work within and balance multiple GL accounts and spreadsheets used by the department.
• Cross train fellow employees when necessary.
• Assist with setting up new employees and resetting passwords on debit card systems.
• Order Instant Issue inventory and troubleshoot issues with Instant Issue machines.
• Assist with daily ATM machine monitoring.
• Monitor and work with various debit card reports.
• Process Expedited debit cards and process entries as the need arises.
• Research and key General Ledger entries as needed.
