Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer and inter-department interactions.
• Ability to recognize irregular and suspicious transactions and take appropriate steps.

Responsibilities

• Handle debit card telephone inquiries from customers and other departments.
• Complete debit card workflows for new accounts and maintenance, including daily limit changes and travel settings.
• Order and reissue debit cards, review fraud alerts, and process stop payments on recurring transactions.
• Monitor and research debit card disputes, including provisional and final credit letters.
• Process compromised card files and issue new cards as needed.
• Balance multiple GL accounts and spreadsheets used by the department; cross-train colleagues.
• Assist with setting up new employees and resetting passwords on debit card systems.
• Order Instant Issue inventory and troubleshoot Instant Issue machines.
• Assist with daily ATM monitoring and various debit card reports.
• Process expedited debit cards and relevant entries; research and key GL entries.
• Ensure proper handling of customer information and adherence to policies.
