BankFirst Financial Services is seeking aDebit Card Representative to provide frontline support for debit card customers in Columbus, MS. This full-time role handles inquiries, card workflows, disputes, and maintenance, while ensuring accuracy and security in a fast-paced banking environment.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, adaptable to new technology, and capable of juggling multiple tasks, including onboarding new staff and troubleshooting ATM systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle debit card telephone inquiries from customers and other departments.
• Complete debit card workflows for new accounts and maintenance including daily limit changes and travel settings.
• Order and reissue debit cards; review fraud alerts; process stop payments on recurring transactions.
• Monitor, process, and research customer debit card disputes; issue provisional and final letters.
• Process compromised card files (letters, new cards).
• Balance multiple GL accounts and spreadsheets used by the dept.
• Cross-train fellow employees as needed.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and password resets on debit card systems.
• Order Instant Issue inventory and troubleshoot Instant Issue machines.
• Assist with daily ATM monitoring and debit card reports.
• Process expedited debit cards and related entries; research GL entries.
