Job summary

Stfrancis in Georgia is offering a 12-week internship program designed as a pipeline into MHC's Full-Time Management Trainee Program. You will rotate through Parts and Service departments, gaining hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with opportunities for internal promotions. This summer internship emphasizes leadership, sales, and customer service, and includes on-the-job training and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college or university degree.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
• Leadership and sales skills preferred.
• Strong commitment to quality work and customer service.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Execute business initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership.
• Perform assigned job functions under close supervision of a manager or designated employees.
• Rotate through each position in the Parts or Service Department to develop a comprehensive understanding of operations.
• Contribute to the business by conducting a summer-long process improvement project.
• Participate in a 12-week internship program designed as a pipeline into MHC's Full-Time Management Trainee Program.
